# Food Influencers United documentation > One-click supermarket buttons for recipes and products. Turn any recipe or product list into a shoppable basket at major online supermarkets such as Albert Heijn and Jumbo. There are two ways to integrate: a one-line website widget, or the Any to Basket HTTP API for any other system such as apps, newsletters or spreadsheets. Your audience adds every ingredient or product to an online supermarket basket (Albert Heijn, Jumbo and more) in a single click, and you earn from traffic you already have. There are two ways to integrate, depending on where you publish. ## Choose your integration Pick the track that matches where your recipes and products live. - **Script integration** (recipe and product to basket): You have a recipe or product website. Add one line of script and we place the supermarket buttons for you. Start with the overview. - **API integration** (Any to Basket): You integrate from an app, a newsletter, or any other system, with or without a website. Push your recipes to our API and receive stable, shoppable redirect links. --- # Script integration: Overview Add one-click supermarket buttons to your recipe and product pages with a single line of script. We place the buttons for you, keep them in sync with your ingredients, and send every order straight to the supermarket. ## What it is The script integration is a drop-in widget for any website that already publishes recipes or products. You paste one line of script once, and we add our supermarket buttons beneath the ingredients or products automatically, with no design or development work on your side. Your visitors send the whole ingredient list to their chosen supermarket in a single tap. It is the fastest way to make an existing recipe website shoppable, and it is the same one line of code for every brand and influencer. ## How it works You add the script once and it loads quietly in the background. On every recipe it reads the ingredient list you already publish and places the supermarket buttons inline, right beneath them, styled to sit naturally in your page. When a visitor taps a button, we match each ingredient to real products and forward the full basket into their supermarket of choice. The buttons stay in sync with your page on their own, so updating a recipe is all it takes to update what your audience orders. ### Recipes need schema.org markup We read your ingredients from the [schema.org Recipe](https://developers.google.com/search/docs/appearance/structured-data/recipe) markup your pages already publish, so the buttons only appear on recipes with valid schema.org markup. Most recipe websites and plugins add this automatically. --- # Script integration: Installation Add the Food Influencers United script to your site, and your recipe and product pages turn shoppable. ## Add the script Place this script in the `` of every page that shows recipes or products. It is the same snippet for every service, brand and influencer. The FAQ has the fix: [My consent tool labels the script as unknownVendor or blocks it](/docs/faq#cmp-unknown-vendor). ## Privacy policy The script sets no cookies and writes nothing to your visitors' browsers. When a page opens, the script asks our servers which buttons and brand recommendations apply to it and counts the view. Like every web request, that carries the visitor's IP address, browser type and page address to us; we use them only to answer the request. Under the GDPR you and we are jointly responsible for that transmission, so your privacy policy should name us. You can use the paragraph below. Paste the version in the language of your privacy policy under your list of third-party services. Keep the link to our privacy policy: it names our address and contact details. The German and Dutch versions are on the installation page. ```text Food Influencers United (To basket software and brand recommendations) We use the to-basket software of Software for Good B.V., trading as Food Influencers United ("FIU"), Haarlem, Netherlands. It can show buttons with which you can order the ingredients of a recipe, or a product, at a supermarket, and brand recommendations for individual ingredients. On the pages where it is used, your browser requests the buttons and recommendations for that page from FIU's servers in the European Union. This transmits your IP address, your browser type and the address of the page you are viewing. FIU uses this information only to answer the request and to count, without any reference to you as a person, how often buttons and recommendations were shown. FIU does not store your IP address, except in error logs that are deleted after 14 days, and creates no profiles. Until you click a button, FIU sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in offering a working shopping function and brand recommendations and in settling them with FIU (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We and FIU are jointly responsible for this transmission (Art. 26 GDPR); FIU's privacy policy sets out the essence of our arrangement. When you click a button, FIU's shopping widget opens and stores your choices and a random session reference in your browser; once you send your basket to a supermarket, the supermarket's privacy policy applies. Best practice is to place the script within the opening and closing `` tags. ## What does this script do exactly? FIU's servers do all the heavy lifting. This script simply asks FIU's servers if the current recipe or product page should be provided with buy buttons. And if so, where. The script then places these buttons. ## Will this script slow my website down? The script is executed asynchronously. Which means that other components on your page will continue to load and will never have to wait for this script to load. Furthermore, we do our utmost best to keep this script as small and fast as possible. That way, we are keeping your website fast. ## How do I place a script like this one on my website? There are multiple ways to place scripts on your website, but these depend on which CMS you are using. Therefore, we would like to refer you to the documentation of your CMS. Another option is to place the script through Google Tag Manager. ## My consent tool labels the script as "unknownVendor" or blocks it. How do I fix that? **What's happening:** Your consent tool decides per script host what may run. Either it does not know `cdn.foodinfluencersunited.com`, labels the script `unknownVendor` and blocks it for everyone, or it knows us but has filed us under marketing, so the script only runs for visitors who accept. **What to do:** two steps, and the second one is the one that matters. - **Make your tool recognise us.** Add Food Influencers United as a known service for the host `cdn.foodinfluencersunited.com`. Your tool may call this a custom vendor, a manual service, an allowlist or whitelisting a script; consentmanager, Real Cookie Banner, Borlabs Cookie, Complianz, Cookiebot, OneTrust and Usercentrics all support it. - **File us as functional, not marketing.** Put the service in the functional category (also called essential, necessary or technically required). Only then does the script run for visitors who do not accept. Do not wrap the script in your tool's blocking syntax (a content blocker rule, `cmplazyload`, a script blocker): that has the same effect as marketing. > **Functional, not marketing.** The script sets no cookies, stores nothing in the browser, uses no identifiers and does not keep IP addresses, so it does not need consent to run. Filing us under marketing is not safer, it only switches the FIU functionality off for everyone who declines.
