Your audience adds every ingredient or product to an online supermarket basket (Albert Heijn, Jumbo and more) in a single click, and you earn from traffic you already have. There are two ways to integrate, depending on where you publish. ## Choose your integration Pick the track that matches where your recipes and products live. - **Script integration** (recipe and product to basket): You have a recipe or product website. Add one line of script and we place the supermarket buttons for you. Start with the overview. - **API integration** (Any to Basket): You integrate from an app, a newsletter, or any other system, with or without a website. Push your recipes to our API and receive stable, shoppable redirect links. --- # Script integration: Overview Add one-click supermarket buttons to your recipe and product pages with a single line of script. We place the buttons for you, keep them in sync with your ingredients, and send every order straight to the supermarket. ## What it is The script integration is a drop-in widget for any website that already publishes recipes or products. You paste one line of script once, and we add our supermarket buttons beneath the ingredients or products automatically, with no design or development work on your side. Your visitors send the whole ingredient list to their chosen supermarket in a single tap. It is the fastest way to make an existing recipe website shoppable, and it is the same one line of code for every brand and influencer. ## How it works You add the script once and it loads quietly in the background. On every recipe it reads the ingredient list you already publish and places the supermarket buttons inline, right beneath them, styled to sit naturally in your page. When a visitor taps a button, we match each ingredient to real products and forward the full basket into their supermarket of choice. The buttons stay in sync with your page on their own, so updating a recipe is all it takes to update what your audience orders. ### Recipes need schema.org markup We read your ingredients from the [schema.org Recipe](https://developers.google.com/search/docs/appearance/structured-data/recipe) markup your pages already publish, so the buttons only appear on recipes with valid schema.org markup. Our technical staff loves to help you out. ## Where do I place this script? Best practice is to place the script within the opening and closing `` tags. ## What does this script do exactly? FIU's servers do all the heavy lifting. This script simply asks FIU's servers if the current recipe or product page should be provided with buy buttons. And if so, where. The script then places these buttons. ## Will this script slow my website down? The script is executed asynchronously. Which means that other components on your page will continue to load and will never have to wait for this script to load. Furthermore, we do our utmost best to keep this script as small and fast as possible. That way, we are keeping your website fast. ## How do I place a script like this one on my website? There are multiple ways to place scripts on your website, but these depend on which CMS you are using. Therefore, we would like to refer you to the documentation of your CMS. Another option is to place the script through Google Tag Manager. ## My consent tool labels the script as "unknownVendor". How do I fix that? **What's happening:** No worries, this is a quick fix. Your cookie consent tool can see our script but doesn't recognise the owner yet, so it labels it `unknownVendor` and keeps it switched off. **What to do:** In your consent tool, add Food Influencers United as a custom vendor for `cdn.foodinfluencersunited.com`, put it in a consent category (usually Marketing), then save and republish.
